   Are you serious? How about comparing apples to apples and use wordpress.ORG instead of wordpress.COM (which is hosting tons of blogs).

   Yes you’re right! I was a bit uncareful / sloppy there. I’ve changed it to the right graph now. Still WordPress.org outranks all! Thanks!

   Google has 2 services:

   1. Google Trends
   2. Google Trends for websites

   The latter (2) is more comparable to services like compete and alexa.
